So, an art critic, Commander Shepard, and the Devil walk into a bar... oh.

Hello again Mr. Livingmachine. Pardon my name change, let's just say that it's the product of an unfortunate mishap involving my password. I have returned from my stint of inactivity to critique this image of yours. Now, without further delay, let's get started!

I like quite a bit of what you did with the characters. The rhombus-shaped eyes help give them a more lifelike appearance without diving into uncanny valley. I especially like the attention to facial details. How often do you see a character with a mole or freckles on deviantart? But as with all artworks, there are some flaws to be addressed.

The one with the freckles and the braids (who I'm assuming is Rosario) suffers from a terrible case of androgyny. I cannot ,for the life of me, tell what gender s/he is supposed to be. It's face is incredibly masculine looking due to the huge eyebrows, but the rest of him/her is feminine looking. He's like if someone photoshopped the face of a dude onto a woman's picture. Also, this is a minor gripe, but why are the character's ears so huge?
Also, Rosario's hands look kind of rough and untidy around the fingers.

And well, that's all she wrote. Androgynous characters, satellite dish ears, and scribbly hands are flaws, but rest assured, they're easily fixable flaws! No need to be discouraged!

Now if you'll excuse me, I must go apologize to my comma key for it's blatant over use.
